【配料】腰果50克、蓮藕蘆筍、花椰菜、胡蘿蔔各適量,紅椒一個(紅的黃的都可以的喔,就是沒有也行)、植物油、白糖1小匙、鹽少許。
【製作方法】
1、蓮藕去皮切薄片。蘆筍去老根洗淨,斜切成段兒。花椰菜切成小朵,胡蘿蔔去皮切片。
2、蔬菜分別入加有少許油、鹽的沸水中快速焯燙一下,撈出,用涼水沖淨瀝乾;
3、鍋中倒入少許油,微熱後倒入腰果,小火浸炸熟後盛出;
4、鍋中再倒油,熱後倒入所有蔬菜,快速翻炒下後調入白糖、鹽炒勻。最後倒入腰果,炒勻即可。
