材料:排骨、醬油、甜醋、麥芽糖、辣椒、姜、酒步驟:
1、排骨切段,加姜、酒燙開,然後再用冷水沖
2、把排骨、醬油、甜醋、麥芽糖、辣椒一起放到煲裡面煮15-20MIN
TIPS:
個人覺得添丁甜醋很不錯,大約一斤排骨就半斤醋就差不多
至於其他配料,隨意就可以
