材 料:榴槤皮,竹絲雞,核桃仁(去皮),紅棗(去核),薑片做 法:
1、竹絲雞洗淨放入滾水中氽去血水,斬成大塊。
2、燒一鍋沸水,將竹絲雞、榴槤皮、核桃仁、紅棗、薑片一同放入鍋中,猛火再次燒開改文火燉1小時。
3、喝時放少許鹽調味即可。
用榴槤皮燉雞湯喝,可作女生滋補湯,能去胃寒。在泰國,產婦坐月子就用榴槤燉雞來補身子。榴槤皮,就是榴槤剝下來的殼裡面中間那層白衣,把榴槤肉一格格分開的那白隔層,用刀削下來,然後與雞一起燉就是了,象平時燉雞一樣的燉,榴槤白衣與雞一起放入水中燉,不用分先後,但是燉出來的白衣不食用,只飲湯食雞。榴槤白衣不是不可以食用,只是味道不好,大多當湯渣了。
