On the first two tracks, "Free Your Mind (Gauranga Breathing)" and "Relax Your Body (Yoga Nidra)," Lana, speaking calmly and with a slight Chinese accent, discusses breathing and relaxing techniques that have a hypnotic effect, especially when combined with the ambient music.
