做法:
1、番茄切成滾刀催駝束塊,備用;
2、水開後,將整塊牛腩放入鍋里煮幾疊恥分種,將血水煮出來。然後將雜質故促懂沖洗掉,切成塊狀,備用;
3、鍋里油燒熱,放入蔥段與薑片,煸香,倒入番茄塊,炒至出汁;
4、另起油鍋,倒入牛腩,翻炒均勻後,調入料酒恥習腿翻和水(水連愚蘭腳剛好沒過材料即盛霸悼可),加蓋燒開後,轉小火煮30分鐘左右,至肉爛;
5、最後調入鹽、胡椒粉,加番茄拌勻,大火繼續煮10分鐘左右,至湯汁變濃。全蒸乎
