項目摘要

為了實現高通量、高特異性和高靈敏度的生物分子檢測,我們提出發展一類集新型分子識別技術、超精細結構非傳統加工、集成微流晶片實驗室和現代光譜學與成像技術於一體的新方法。這一方法將電化學分子識別技術與現代雷射光譜學和紅外成像技術結合,兩種手段互相補充用於進一步提高識別的特異性和檢測的準確度。通過納米尺度的超精細結構製備與微米尺度的大規模集成微流晶片技術相結合,採取非傳統的微納加工方法,提高微流晶片的檢測通量和靈敏度,並實現操作和檢測的全自動化。結合集成晶片和光學成像等高通量手段和電化學、光譜學的高靈敏度檢測方法,在有限的空間和時間內對微量樣品進行更加全面的分析,突破傳統技術的在通量、精度上的局限和對樣品量的依賴。
