鹽(1/4湯匙)、料酒(1湯匙)。
做法:
1、鯽魚洗淨拭乾水,在魚背處橫切一刀,將1湯匙鹽均勻地抹在魚身上,醃製15分鐘;
2、當歸洗淨切成片,姜切成絲,枸杞黃芪洗淨瀝乾水;
3、將當歸、黃芪枸杞、1湯匙料酒和4碗清水大火煮沸,改小火燜煮25分鐘;
4、往魚腹塞入少許薑絲,將鯽魚放入瓦煲內,倒入熬好的當歸湯攪勻,大火煮沸改小火煮35分鐘;
5、加1/4湯匙鹽調味,便可出鍋。
貼士:
1、在魚腹中塞入薑絲,熬成湯後,魚腥味降低很多。
2、當歸鯽魚湯屬大補之湯,適合痛經、體虛的女生飲用,一般人僅用鯽魚熬湯,便可達到補益之效。
3、鯽魚煮湯有健脾利濕、和中開胃、活血通絡和溫中下氣之效,適合中老年人、病後虛弱者和產婦食用。
