內容簡介

  作者站在不動產登記實務的角度,對《不動產登記暫行條例實施細則》的全部條文的意思和精神進行了闡釋,闡釋中,作者緊密結合不動產登記實務的需要,一是將《物權法》《民法通則》《不動產登記暫行條例》等法律、行政法規的規定作為理解條文的意思和精神的依據;二是引用法學家們的經典論述作為說理的論據;三是吸收了一些地方立法中的成功經驗和以往的不動產登記實務經驗,作為理解條文的實務支撐;四是結合作者自己20餘年的不動產登記理論研究體會和實務操作經驗,對《不動產登記暫行條例實施細則》中某些條文內容進行評析;五是適時提出在不動產登記實務中對相應條文的適用建議。

作者簡介

  劉守君,男,1969年9月出生,黨校大學文化,高級經濟師職稱。樂山市首批學術和技術帶頭人。
  原全國房屋登記官考試命題專家庫成員,參加2011年全國房屋登記官考試命題,參加2012年、2013年全國房屋登記官考試審題。
  1993年9月至2014年5月,在犍為縣房地產管理所從事房屋登記工作,現專職從事不動產登記研究和諮詢。
  主要榮譽:四川省優秀人民陪審員、樂山市社會科學優秀成果三等獎、“無錫產監杯”《物權法》與房地產權屬管理知識競賽二等獎、樂山市房地產管理先進個人。
  主要研究興趣:民法物權,不動產登記。出版專著《房屋登記中的民法原理與實務》《房屋登記收件實務》。有100餘篇有關不動產(房屋)登記的論文、案例剖析文章發表在《中國不動產》《中國房地產》《房地產權產籍》《四川房地產》等專業期刊上。
