在上海市人民政府發展研究中心的倡議下，上海國際智庫交流中心成員單位以“長三角一體化與高質量發展”為主題，開展相關決策諮詢研究，並於2019年12月共同舉辦“2019年上海國際智庫高峰論壇”。本書為此次論壇上國際智庫相關決策諮詢報告及論壇實錄。麥肯錫、畢馬威等國際智庫圍繞論壇主題，從國內外區域合作的有效途徑和體制機制等巨觀層面，以及交通、能源、創新、環保等產業層面，開展了系列專題研究；並聚焦“國際區域一體化建設經驗”“長三角城市群協同創新”“長三角未來產業機遇”“長三角一體化背景下的企業發展”與“長三角更高質量一體化”五個方面，探討了區域一體化國際經驗、長三角一體化進程中存在的問題和面臨的挑戰，提出了對長三角高質量一體化發展的意見和建議。
