作者簡介
李文，經濟學博士，中國社會科學院當代中國研究所社會史研究室主任、研究員、博士生導師。主要從事當代中國經濟史和社會史等研究。著有《實用不動產管理要則》《中國土地制度的昨天、今天和明天》等。
Li Wen, PhD in Economics, director of the Social History Research Office, research fellow and doctorial tutor of the Institute of Contemporary China Studies, CASS, is mainly engaged in studying contemporary China’s economic and social history. His works include Pragmatic Rules for Real Estate Administration, and Past, Present and Future of China’s Land System.
