2001年-2005年,甘肅農業大學,園藝專業,農學學士;
2005年-2008年,甘肅農業大學,果樹學專業,農學碩士;
2008年-2011年,中國農業大學,糧食、油脂及植物蛋白工程專業,工學博士;
2011年7月-2014年12月,西北農林科技大學,食品科學與工程學院,講師。
2015年1月-至今,西北農林科技大學,食品科學與工程學院,副教授。

研究方向

澱粉科學與技術、穀物功能性成分研究、糧油食品研究及產品開發。

教學情況

主要承擔本科生《糧油食品工藝學》《食品工藝學》《食品物性學》和研究生《穀物科學》等課程的理論、實驗及實習教學工作。
