作者簡介
羅德：廣州市商貿職業學校英語高級講師、教學部部長，兼任廣州市中等職業學校英語教研會理事；廣州市中職學校基礎英語課程研究組成員；曾擔任中專《基礎英語》、《商務專業英語》、《旅遊服務英語》、《商務專業英語》、《眼鏡銷售英語》、《文秘英語》、《行銷服務英語》、《物流英語》課程的教學工作；併兼職在廣東工業大學任教《大學英語》、《文秘英語》；在廣州城市職業技術學院本科任教《大學英語》、《企業管理專業英語》等課程。主編《物流英語》（教育部緊缺人才培養培訓系列教材，高教出版社出版，2007）；《飯店情景英語》（物資出版社出版，2009）；《全國英語等級考試》教程編委（東北師範大學出版社出版，2011）；《銷售服務英語》副主編，（物資出版社出版，1999）。
