學術成就

2004年獲得理學博士學位,2008年獲得中山大學碩士研究生導師資格,2010年1月聘為副教授,2015年1月聘為教授。從事水生經濟動物繁殖和育種的研究工作,對水生經濟動物重要生產性狀的形成與控制開展研究。在水生經濟動物繁殖機理方面,系統地分析了魚類新型神經肽編碼基因的在攝食調節和生殖調控中的功能,篩選出對魚類性腺發育成熟、性別轉換、排卵和產精、生長和發育起重要促進作用的功能基因。在水生經濟動物優良品種培育方面,將傳統育種技術與現代生物技術相結合,開展了家系選擇育種,雜交育種和細胞工程育種研究,培育出了優良雜交新品種;建立了水生經濟動物性別控制技術,構建了草魚和石斑魚全基因組精細圖譜和高密度遺傳連鎖圖譜,篩選出與表型性狀存在顯著關聯的標記,套用於良種的分子選育,現已主持國家級項目5項、主持和參加省部級科研項目22項;已發表152篇SCI收錄學術論文,其中第一或通訊作者56篇;申請專利40項,授權20項;獲得教育部自然科學獎一等獎1項,教育部科技進步獎一等獎2項,廣東省科技進步獎一等獎1項,廣東省農業技術推廣獎一等獎1項。
現任廣東省水生經濟動物良種繁育重點實驗室主任;廣東省青年科協常務理事;教育部高等學校水產類專業教學指導委員會委員;中國動物學會比較內分泌學專業委員會秘書長;中國水產學會水產生物技術專業委員會委員;“領航100”廣東億元級青年領軍企業實力提升計畫“青年科技特派員”。
