馬國明,男,河北人,副教授,博導, IEEE Senior member,國際大電網會議D1/B3.57工作組,D1.60工作組中國代表,入選中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”,榮獲“中國電力優秀青年工程師獎”,獲“霍英東教育基金會高等院校青年教師基金”資助,入選華北電力大學首批優青培育計畫。主要開展電氣裝備先進感測技術研究,主持國家重點研發項目子課題等縱向課題10餘項。發表SCI論文30餘篇,授權國家發明專利20餘項。堅持基礎研究與服務國家重大需求並重,研究成果多次在我國特高壓輸電工程中得到了套用。研究成果“特高壓GIS變電站特快速瞬態過電壓防護關鍵技術及套用”獲得2017年度中國電力科學技術進步獎一等獎。
