學術成就

1.在國內率先建立了對淡、海水魚類ISKNV型和RSIV型腫大細胞病毒長期持續高敏感MFF-1細胞系(Donget al.,Virus Res, 2008; 2010),系統解決了ISKNV型和RSIV型腫大細胞虹彩病毒的規模化細胞培養、結構蛋白解析、細胞疫苗研製及免疫學診斷(單抗)等學科領域內關鍵科學問題(Donget al,J Virol, 2011;Vet Microbiol, 2013; Donget al,FSIM, 2013; Shuanget al.,Virology, 2013);作為主要研發人參與研製的《鱖傳染性脾腎壞死病滅活疫苗(NH0618株)》獲農業部臨床試驗批准(批件號:2015043),目前已經完成臨床試驗工作,正進行新獸藥註冊。
2.建立一株新型錦鯉鰭條細胞系KCF-1 (Donget al., Virus Res, 2011),在國內率先分離、培養並純化到錦鯉皰疹病毒(CyHV3/KHV)本土分離株(含一株在國際上十分罕見的歐--亞過渡性歐洲基因型毒株CyHV-3/KHV-GZ11),建立了研究平台(Donget al,Virus Res, 2011;Vet Microbiol, 2013; Liet al,Vet Microbiol, 2015; Yiet al,Virus Res, 2014;FSIM, 2015);
3.建立自主智慧財產權魚類傳代細胞系6個;收集、分離並保存有多個經濟魚類的新生脊椎動物虹彩病毒、彈狀病毒及皰疹病毒,並建立了比較完備的細胞感染模型和動物模型。

承擔課題

主持博士後基金面上(一等)和博士後特別基金、國家自然科學基金青年和面上、973子課題、教育部中央高校基金、中山大學套用性科技成果轉化基金、廣東漁業科技專項等多個項目;
