羊新勝,博士,西南交通大學副教授,韓國明知大學博士後,ITER國際組織訪問學者。

2004年以來一直從事新能源電工技術、高磁場超導磁體與低溫技術、新型功能材料電磁輸運性質的研究。已在國內外刊物上發表論文數十篇,其中被SCI 收錄論文50餘篇,授權發明專利10項。主持自然科學基金項目一項。參與過多項國家級項目的研究。
