楊惡惡，男，博士，博士後，1979年生，湖北省鹹豐縣人，福州大學經濟與管理學院副教授、碩士生導師、湖南大學工商管理學院博士後、湖南省創新型企業風險管理與控制技術工程實驗室研究員、美國《Mathematical Reviews》評論員。2013博士畢業於中南大學商學院，獲管理科學與工程學科博士學位。主要從事投融資決策分析、管理系統工程、風險管理方向的研究。主持“國家自然科學基金”青年項目、“教育部人文與社會科學基金”青年項目、“中國博士後科學基金特別資助”項目、“中國博士後科學基金”面上項目、“湖南省自然科學基金”項目等省部級以上科研項目8項、參與9項。在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《OR Spectrum》、《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《系統工程理論與實踐》等國內外權威學術期刊發表論文16篇，其中SCI/SSCI檢索9篇，EI檢索7篇。獲得“湖南省優秀博士學位論文”(2015)、“湖南省自然科學優秀學術論文二等獎”(第15屆)、“長沙市自然科學優秀學術成果二等獎” (2013)、“中南大學優秀博士論文”(2014)等學術獎勵，並擔任《European Journal of Operational Research》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》、《Technological and Economic Development of Economy》、《Applied Mathematical Modelling》等期刊的審稿人。
