研究方向

主要從事植物激素(如油菜素內酯(BR))信號轉導過程和機理的研究;探索BR在植物生長發育調控中的功能和機理。主要研究集中在以下方面:1. BR信號轉導中關鍵轉錄因子OsBZR1的生理功能;BR影響植物生長發育過程和生理反應的詳細機制。2. BR與光信號互作的機理。3. 系統分析BR如何影響株型結構。4. 植物激素(如BR)影響棉花纖維發育的機制以及棉花纖維品質的分子改良。

主要貢獻

培育出抗性優良的雙價(BT、GNA)抗蟲棉,已經在湖南通過了國家農業轉基因生物安全委員會“農業轉基因生物中間試驗”審查,進入“環境釋放”階段。
