國際商法（英文教材）

內容簡介

《國際商法（英文教材）》用英文編寫，主要原因有三個：一淚只擊兵是為了適應國內雙語教學的需求。多年來，我國高校的法律雙語教學往往使用國外的原版教材。但是原版書常常內容龐雜，霉灶雅體重點不夠突出，最重要的是原版書基本不會涉及中國法律，更不會將中國的相關法律與請勸榜英美法以及大陸法進行比較，而我們面對的是中國的學生，學生只學國外的法律，而根本不知中國法律在這些方面的規定，顯然沒有辦法學以致用。即使老師奔膠上課加上相關內容，書本上沒有，學生學習也不方便。所以，迫切需要一本有中國商事法律內容的國際商法教民廈嚷材，讓學生在學習後對國際商事法律有一個全面的了解。二是原汁原味。從理論上講，商法主要從歐洲大陸產生並發展起來，在講課時引用相關的原文，對學生理解某些商事規則的產生比較直觀，獄驗淋同時也能讓學生更加理解這些規則在中國是如何被引用和發展的。
