作者簡介
陳慶柏，對外經濟貿易大學英語學院教授。1965年從對外經貿大學外語系畢業後留校，主要從事商務英語（其中包括法律英語、金融英語和外貿英語）的教學。1980～1981年、1986～1987年分別被學校選派到美國史丹福大學和英國倫敦經濟學院研修國際商法和世界經濟。1993年曾以客座教授身份在英國艾克斯大學講學並進一步研修商法。主要著作有《美國商業訴訟》（舊金山翻譯公司）、《外貿英語手冊》（商務印書館）、《英漢雙解法律詞典》、《金融英語閱讀》（世界圖書出版社）、《涉外法律英語》、《外國銀行法》（法律出版社）、《證券英語》（機械工業出版社）、《國際貿易》（北京語言大學出版社）、《保險英語》與《大學外貿英語》（對外經濟貿易大學出版社）。其中《大學外貿英語》入選為我國“十一五”國家規劃教材，同時成為新世界商務英語系列教材之一：《大學外貿英語（第二版）》於2009年12月獲得中國大學出版社協會圖書獎首屆優秀教材二等獎。
出版說明
《新世界商務英語系列教材:大學商法英語》的內容共由三大部分組成：第壹部分為美國公司法；第二部分為英國公司法；第三部分為有關法律英語（其中包括法律英語）學習的六篇論文。除第壹篇Good Legal Writing外其餘五篇都是出於編者之手。這三部分的內容都與學習法律英語息息相關。
