劉國生，中科院上海有機化學研究所研究員。2002年博士畢業於中國科學院上海有機化學研究所，師從陸熙炎院士；曾先後在理海大學和威斯康辛大學麥迪遜分校化學系進行博士後研究和擔任研究助理，2007年入選中科院“百人計畫”，並進入上海有機所金屬有機國家重點實驗室工作。
劉國生研究員圍繞過渡金屬催化C-H鍵的活化和C-F鍵的形成這兩個研究熱點和難點，對烯烴的直接選擇性官能化開展了系統的研究工作，研究興趣包括過渡金屬催化烯烴、炔烴及芳烴的氟化，金屬有機催化形成C-F鍵的機理研究，過渡金屬催化下使用O2和H2O2為氧化劑對烯烴和芳烴進行氧化官能化，氟化雜環芳烴的合成研究。
劉國生研究員榮獲2011年首屆中國化學會均相催化青年獎，2012年“Thieme Chemistry Journal Award”，2012年“Asian Core Program Lectureship Award” Sponsored by Singapore，2012年“Asian Core Program Lectureship Award” Sponsored by Japan，並於2012年榮獲國家自然科學基金委“傑出青年基金”項目資助。

研究方向
本課題組的研究集中在有機化學，金屬催化和材料化學的前沿交叉區域，主要基於C-M鍵的基元反應，通過設計和合成一些新型的金屬催化劑來實現有機分子的高選擇性轉化，並對反應機理的進行研究，從而能夠更多的了解這些金屬催化的反應，對金屬的基元反應更多的認識。
