Chinese Teas (Zhong Guo Cha Pu) is composed for tea enthusiasts by China’s leading tea scientists, researchers and educators. The first of its two sections discusses tea science, history, and culture aspects of tea, with extensive illustrations. It provides tea drinkers with the latest scientific facts and insightful discussions of health benefits of tea drinking. In addition to the rich information it has included, it is down-to-earth in style.
