匯流排套用
控制區域網路CAN (controller area network)是國際上套用最廣泛的現場匯流排之一.它作汽車環境中的微控制訊,在車載各電子控制裝置ECU之間交換信息,形成汽車電子控制網路,CAN幾乎成了汽車設計領域一種必須採用的技術手段。
功能
當車載各電子控制裝置在不具有CAN功能(如果是不具有CAN通訊能力的電控裝置,使得其與其它電控裝置相互之間不能進行數據通訊,這樣造成各電控裝置的電控能力差,功能單一,可擴展性差),不能直接進行通訊的情況下,採用“CAN模組”產品就可以實現具有CAN功能的車載電控網路系統,各電控裝置相互之間可以相互傳遞所需的電控信號,使得整車的電控系統作用更加強大。

運用情況
此產品其主要功能是發動ECU通過CAN模組連線到CAN匯流排,實現與TCU、HCU、IC等模組的數據轉輸及數據轉換控制ECU.CAN模組連線上水溫、油機壓力、轉速等感測器,將感測器數據與ECU控制時的數據傳送給TCU、HCU、IC,且又把TCU、HCU的控制功能信息通過CAN模組傳遞給ECU。

Application condition:
This product has good application in the gas-electric hybrid bus project which developed together with the research institute of The First Automobile factory of China. The main function is to make ECU connect with the CAN bus line via the CAN module. It controls ECU through the data transfer and conversion with TCU, HCU, IC module, etc. CAN module is connected to the water temperature sensor, oil pressure sensor , speed sensors and send the data of sensors and data under the controlling of ECU to TCU,HCU,IC , meanwhile it sends the control function information of TCU and HCU to ECU via CAN module.
