早年情況
Adamo Angelo Ruggiero1986年6月9日出生於加拿大安大略省的Mississauga，來自一個義大利家庭。其父母均為義大利人，家中還有一個哥哥。他曾就讀於Dunstan Elementary School和graduated from Cawthra Park Secondary School。
個人生活
於2008年1月出櫃。他說"I come from a traditional Italian family but they aren't so traditional that me being gay was a deal breaker."
演藝生涯
Ruggiero在七八歲時就已開始出演話劇包括 Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 和Bye Bye Birdie等。
他在2002年時參演Degrassi，角色是Marco Del Rossi，一個內心糾結的同性戀少年。
他還是The Next Star的主持人。
2008年11月，他確認出演電影Make the Yuletide Gay（愛在同志聖誕節），該片於08年12月3日開拍。
