土壤學博士、生物學博士後,安徽農業大學特任教授、博士生導師。中國/美國土壤學會會員、第三次全國土壤普查剖面技術領隊、第三次全國土壤普查安徽省專家技術指導組成員、中國國際“網際網路+”大學生創新創業大賽專家庫成員、 安徽省耕地土壤污染防治專家委員會委員、安慶市糧棉油產業科技特派團成員、《Eco-Environment & Health》青年編委、《Life Basel》客座編輯和《土壤與作物》特邀編輯。2009年和2016年分別於安徽科技學院和南京農業大學獲得農學學士和博士學位,2014.09-2015.09在美國喬治亞理工學院進行訪問學習,2016.09-2021.09在安徽農業大學開展博士後工作。研究興趣集中於土壤生態與健康方面,具體工作主要圍繞土壤微生物群落格局及構建原理、複合功能菌株篩選和菌劑創製、秸稈肥料化及其套用、中低產田生物障礙消減和肥力提升、高標準農田建設項目區耕地質量等級評價、縣級土壤普查技術支撐和質量控制指導等展開。承擔國家自然科學基金青年和面上項目、安徽省自然科學基金、安徽省高校自然科學研究等研究重大項目等10餘項,發表The ISME Journal、Proceedings of the Royal of Society、Soil Biology & Biochemistry、農業工程學報、中國農業科學和土壤學報等學科主流期刊論文60餘篇,主編省級規劃教材1部、參編論著3部,申請/授權國家發明專利14件、國際發明專利2件,編制安徽省地方標準2項,獲2019年、2022年安徽省科學技術進步二等獎、2022農林牧副漁豐收獎三等獎、2022植物營養與肥料科學技術二等獎等,指導本科生獲第七屆中國國際“網際網路+”大學生創新創業大賽銀獎等省級以上大學生創新創業大賽獎勵13項。。
