調料:枸杞子,雪碧,橙汁,蜂蜜
做法:
1.苦瓜洗淨,對半剖開,用鐵勺颳去裡面的瓤,怕苦的儘量颳得乾淨點;
2.苦瓜在流動的水裡清洗(這一步同樣是為了去苦味),再放在涼開水裡浸泡。
3.取雪碧一罐倒入容器,放入枸杞子一把,然後把苦瓜從涼開水裡取出瀝乾放入雪碧浸泡至少一個晚上。
4.吃的時候把苦瓜撈出,用少許橙汁調入蜂蜜做成蘸料,蘸著吃。
提示:去苦瓜的苦味還有個辦法,就是苦瓜里放鹽醃一會,再洗掉.愛吃苦味的就不需要這么麻煩。
