個人經歷
華東師範大學特殊教育學博士。國家二級心理諮詢師。美國心理學會會員，全美康復諮詢教育協會會員。曾任職美國密西根州立大學教育學院殘疾研究與康復諮詢系助理研究員，愛爾蘭國立大學高威分校心理學院博士後研究員，愛爾蘭國家自閉症及神經發展障礙研究中心博士後研究員，美國喬治城大學人類與兒童發展中心兒童早期發展與評估方向訪問學者。

研究方向
主要從事發展障礙類個體，包括自閉症，智力障礙個體以生涯教育和職業參與為導向的社會融合研究，特別關注殘障個體的職業生涯教育，自我發展及社會參與。
