教育經歷

1999-2004 南京農業大學生命科學學院獲得生物化學與分子生物學博士學位
2008-至今天津商業大學生物工程系副教授,夜糠贈符教授
2015年美國賓夕法付達婚尼亞大學醫學院微生物系訪問學者

研究方向

1、食源性腸道病原微生物沙門氏菌的感染機制研究。側重於泛素化和磷酸化舉立等蛋白質翻譯後修葛判宙飾在沙門氏菌T3SS效應蛋白(Effector)調控宿主細胞免疫反應中的分子機制研究。
2、微生物來源功能酶的開發和利用。側重於新型微生物功能酶的篩選、分離、純化、鑑定及其在原核和真核細胞中的表達與套用。
3、微生物多糖、膠原蛋白等生物質提判院想取、合成與加工技術。

主持項目
