個人經歷
2009年南京大學化學系本科畢業。
2014年獲南京大學分析化學博士學位。
2014年-2016年在華東理工大學化學與分子工程學院從事博士後研究工作。
2016年起任華東理工大學特聘副研究員。
研究方向
主要研究方向為單細胞分析與納米電化學分析。
學術成果
圍繞單細胞內腫瘤相關分子表達及其通路開展研究,結合納米材料和生物化學感測方法,將納米電化學分析、等離激元納米光譜、雷射共聚焦顯微成像等技術聯用,並引入腫瘤相關分子的多通道檢測、成像和通路分析,從檢測原理和成像機制上實現創新,提出了螢光“關-開”靶向識別動態成像模式和“超微納米孔道”單細胞精準控制成像技術,建立了多種高選擇性、高信噪比的單細胞內腫瘤相關分子原位檢測成像及相關通路分析新方法,取得了一系列創新性成果。作為課題負責人主持國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目一項。發表相關SCI論文24篇(IF>5刊物19篇),他引550餘次,單篇最高引用105次。第一作者論文12篇,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2篇、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2篇、Anal. Chem. 2篇、Chem. Commun. 1篇;通訊作者論文3篇。其中1篇論文入選Nature Index的Research Highlight專欄。獲2016年上海市“晨光學者”稱號。
