個人經歷

美國食品科學技術學會(IFT)會員,美國化學學會(ACS)會員,華美食品學會(CAFS)會員。2013年畢業於復旦大學遺傳工程國家重點實驗室,獲遺傳學博士學位。2010年至2012年獲國家留學基金委資助在美國康奈爾大學進行聯合培養博士研究,主要從事食品營養學研究。

研究方向

目前的研究興趣為:1.農作物特殊營養品質評價與代謝調控;2. 植物活性物質對慢性疾病的預防機理;3.植物化學物協同抗氧化活性分析及複方抗氧化劑開發;4. 功能性食品和營養保健品的開發。

學術成果

已發表科研論文30餘篇,其中SCI收錄論文21篇,以第一作者(或通訊作者)發表SCI論文11篇;申請國家發明專利6項。
