邵實，男，1986年出生，河北石家莊人，中共黨員，中國科學院國家天文台副研究員，碩士生導師。

2009年本科畢業於南京大學天文系；2012年至2014年在德國馬普天體物理所聯合培養；2016年在中國科學院大學獲得博士學位。2017年至2021年在英國杜倫大學計算天體物理中心從事博士後研究，於2021年通過中科院人才引進項目入職國家天文台工作至今。主要從事星系宇宙學相關研究：利用數值模擬研究暗物質屬性，銀河系的形成和演化，引力理論等。已在MNRAS、ApJ等期刊發表SCI論文近20篇。主持面上項目1項；是中科院青年團隊項目主要成員。
