邱世燦,女,博士,長安大學地質工程與測繪學院地球物理系副教授,碩士生導師,國際學生博士生導師,空間物理學科建設責任教授。入選“陝西省高校科協青年人才托舉計畫”、“長安大學遴選海內外優秀博士人才計畫“等人才項目。

雷射雷達觀測、地球中高層大氣物理化學、電離層物理、行星際、日地環境耦合過程、行星大氣。
