研究方向

主要研究方向為納米材料的可控合成及其生物效應研究。多年來一直從事新型多功能納米材料的設計合成及其在生物成像,癌症治療和納米生物安全性的研究工作。以多功能納米材料的設計合成為核心,以材料的功能化為導向,以癌症綜合治療為目的,開發出過渡金屬離子摻雜、多重核殼納米結構調控、質子插層等納米材料製備新方法,構建了一系列具有特定功能的螢光上轉換、過渡金屬硫化物/硒化物、多酸納米糰簇等新型納米粒子;針對生物納米材料的客觀需求,利用同步輻射、生物成像等手段系統研究了這些納米粒子的生物分布、轉化、代謝和清除過程,獲取理化特性對其體內過程及生物安全性的影響規律;進一步地,利用納米粒子獨特的理化性質和多藥物共輸運能力,探索了納米材料介導的熱療/化療/放療/光動力治療等多模態協同治療策略,揭示了納米材料介導的不同治療手段的協同增效機制,為最佳化納米材料介導的腫瘤綜合治療提供了依據,同時也為臨床最佳化腫瘤綜合治療策略提供了借鑑。
