血紅素加氧酶(heme oxygenase, HO)是血紅素分解代謝過程中的限速酶,人體內的CO主要是由血紅素氧化酶(HO)代謝產生的。HO有三種類型:氧應激誘導型(HO-1)、組成型 (HO-2)及尚未明確的HO-3。
