人物經歷
復旦大學理學博士(碩博連讀),2012年參加工作,現為西北農林科技大學動物科技學院副教授,碩士研究生導師。
開設課程
主要承擔分子生物學、動物生物技術、動物生物化學的理論及實驗課程的教學。
研究方向
利用實驗生物學和計算生物學相結合的方法研究動物微生物相關領域的有趣問題。目前,主要致力於研究:(1)畜禽源葡萄球菌耐藥性產生、傳播和調控的分子機制;(2)我國不同地區畜禽源葡萄球菌耐藥基因簇的傳播規律及其在全球人、畜、禽源葡萄球菌耐藥基因簇演化過程中的地位;(3)開發飼料添加劑、抗生素替代品等新產品和新技術,降低葡萄球菌耐藥性。
科研項目
近五年來,主持國家自然科學基金青年項目,陝西省自然科學基金青年項目,中國博士後基金面上項目,陝西省人才支持項目,中央高校基本科研業務費,西北農林科技大學博士科研啟動費等,累計獲得資助55.0萬元。研究成果主要發表於ANTIMICROB AGENTS CH (IF=4.476)、J ANTIMICROB CHEMOTH (IF=5.071)、INT J ANTIMICROB AG (IF=4.307)等耐藥性領域國際專業雜誌以及Nucleic Acids Research (IF=10.162)或Cellular Microbiology (IF=4.554)等生物學權威雜誌。
