研究方向簡介

近年來一直從事微生物/微藻種質選育、基因工程、脂質/糖類代謝、光合固碳機制等研究。主要方向為利用正向/反向遺傳學/合成生物學研究光合藻類細胞物質與能量傳遞的分子調控機制。
作為負責人承擔國家自然科學基金、上海市自然科學基金、973計畫子課題等多個國家級/省部級項目。已在包括植物學Top期刊Plant Physiology、生物工程與套用微生物Top期刊Biotechnology for Biofuels等雜誌上發表SCI等論文20多篇,Google Scholar總被引用超過600次,單篇引用超120次;申請發明專利14項。擔任Frontiers in Plant Science和Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology客座編委。Biotechnology for Biofuels、Biotechnology Journal、Algal Research、Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology等期刊審稿人。主講本科生《生物化學實驗》、《進化生物學》等課程。指導國家級/上海市級“大學生創新創業訓練計畫”、iGEM競賽、Bio-maker創新活動等。
