採用聚酯鋼化棕絲試製的V帶，經過青島石油和化學工業新材料與製品質量監督檢驗中心依據GB12732-1996標準進行檢測，九項指標全部合格，並且全部高於國家標準，特別是疲勞壽命試驗，超過國家標準近五倍，運轉400小時帶體仍然完好無損。（檢測報告附後）
The V belt under trial of polyester steel brown wire has proven qualified for nine indicators after being tested by Qingdao Oil and Chemical Industrial New Materials and Products Quality Supervision and Examination Center based on the GB12732-1996 standards, and the results are all higher than the national standards, especially in the fatigue life test in which the result is almost five times higher than national standard, running 400 hours with the belt body still intact.
