研究領域

長期從事核酸化學生物學的研究。基於化學探針等化學技術,融合分子生物學、基因組學、細胞生物學等手段,開發核酸表觀遺傳修飾、核酸結構以及核酸/蛋白質相互作用的研究技術,並開展相應的功能研究,以及開拓在臨床疾病診斷方面的套用。
