羅斯坦（Rustam Shadiev），烏茲別克斯坦籍，男，1974年2月27日生，台灣中央大學教育技術學博士畢業，現為南京師範大學教育科學學院教授。

工作經歷：
2012.4-2016.10，台灣成功大學，先進學習技術研究，博士後，導師為國際知名教育技術學專家黃悅民教授。
2012.2-2012.3，台灣中央大學網路學習研究所，研究助理。
