研究方向:1. 藥物晶型研究,包括晶型篩選、鹽型篩選、共晶、離子液體、固態表征及質量標準制定
2. 固體藥物製劑開發
3. 製劑研發中的晶型問題,包括製劑中藥用晶型的判定、晶型轉化及質量標準
第二部分 基礎研究——腫瘤靶向納米載藥系統
研究方向:以納米載藥系統(包括脂質體、納米粒、非粒子表面活性劑泡囊和共軛物)為載體,將抗腫瘤藥物遞送至腫瘤部位而實現靶向治療。
