洪曉月

洪曉月，男，1964年11月生，博士，南京農業大學植物保護學院昆蟲學系主任，教授、博士生導師。國務院特殊津貼享受專家；（國際）系統與套用蜱蟎學會秘書長；中國昆蟲學會副理事長兼蜱蟎專業委員會主任；江蘇省昆蟲學會理事長。

教學方面

洪曉月教授長期以來潛心鑽研教學業務，以自己精彩的課堂教學深深吸引著學生；傾注全部愛心給學生，用自己的人格魅力教育和影響著一批又一批學生。
長期堅持在教學第一線，給本科生和研究生上課，認真執行學校的“教授上講台”政策；注重教學改革實踐，主持的“農業昆蟲學”課程2005年獲得了國家級精品課程稱號，在全國同領域內有較大影響。主編“農業昆蟲學”、“農業蟎類學”和“農業昆蟲學實驗指導”三本面向21世紀課程教材，教材在全國範圍內廣泛使用，其中“農業昆蟲學”教材被評為江蘇省精品教材。連續十個學期教學質量優秀，連續五年獲得南京農業大學獎教金；並榮獲南京農業大學教學質量標兵、南京農業大學教書育人先進教師、南京農業大學師德先進個人等稱號。
在教學過程中的主要做法有：（1）採用啟發式教學方式，上下互動，活躍課堂氣氛，使得教師和學生在課堂上都是“有備”而來，使教學富有成效。（2）了解昆蟲學科研究進展，選擇性地講授最新研究成果，激發學生學習興趣。熟悉講課內容，不照幻燈片宣讀。（3）關心學生業務學習的同時，也在課後經常和學生交流談心，了解他們的業餘生活和心態；盡最大努力幫助學生解決學習、生活、考研和找工作中遇到的困難或困惑，贏得了大家的信賴，在學生中口碑甚佳。

科研方面

（一） 科研情況簡介
踏實從事科學研究，治學嚴謹，學風端正，主持9項國家級項目和5項省級課題，出版7本專著，發表200多篇學術論文，其中SCI論文135篇，學術造詣高。研究領域主要集中在昆蟲分子生態學、蟎類系統進化以及外來入侵害蟲生態學三個方面，獲得了教育部科技進步獎二等獎、海南省科技進步獎一等獎、周堯昆蟲分類學獎勵基金一等獎、二等獎和中國昆蟲學會青年科技獎等獎勵。
擔任（國際）系統與套用蜱蟎學會秘書長、中國昆蟲學會副理事長、江蘇省昆蟲學會理事長等學術職務；擔任8本SCI雜誌的編委，它們是：《Scientific Reports》、《PLoS ONE》、《Bulletin of Entomological Research》、《Systematic and Applied Acarology》、《Applied Entomology and Zoology》、《International Journal of Acarology》、《Acarologia》和《日本応用動物昆蟲學會志》。 此外，還擔任國內5本核心期刊的編委，它們是《昆蟲學報》、《南京農業大學學報》、《生物安全學報》、《昆蟲分類學報》和《武夷科學》。
對研究生要求嚴格，積極鼓勵他們鞏固理論基礎、加強實驗技能培養、熟練掌握英語以及儘量撰寫英文論文。研究生多次獲得江蘇省優秀學位論文等各種獎勵。
