沈亞領

沈亞領，男，漢族，1960年3月出生，工學博士，生物反應器工程國家重點實驗室和生物工程學院教授，生物化工、發酵工程專業博士研究生導師工、發酵工程專業博士研究生導師，魯華生物技術研究所副所長，套用微生物研究室主任，上海市生物工程學會高級會員。

基本信息

長期從事微生物、生物化工、生物醫藥領域的研究工作，主持10多項國家級、省市級和橫向課題，並獲得良好經濟和社會效益，其中主持的國家863重大科技專項子課題-“抗腫瘤類新藥重組人凋亡素2配體（註冊分類I）的研發”分別獲Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期臨床批件

出版譯著兩部、參編著作三部，近年獲發明專利4項，申請專利13項，國內外發表論文60多篇，其中Sci收錄論文28篇（總他引72次）。指導的碩士研究生論文分別獲2005和2007年上海市研究生優秀成果（學位論文），為主參與並獲省部級獎5次，目前承擔和在研國家和上海市項目3項，企業橫向課題4項。

近年主持或參加主要項目：國家863重大科技專項及滾動“微生物表達蛋白藥物規模化製備平台技術”（副組長、子課題承擔人），國家中小企業創新基金“I類新藥重組人凋亡素2配體的臨床研究”（承擔人），“十一五”國家863專題“生物法製備2，3-丁二醇”（目標導向，承擔人）等。

主要研究方向

1．發酵工程、生物化工：微生物培養和發酵過程調控及最佳化；生物催化；生物下游過程；微生物生物基產品和精細化學中間體。。

2．微生物學：微生物群體效應及功能基因；發酵生理；代謝工程；藥用重組蛋白或小分子活性物研究；
