1. 生物催化中關鍵酶的挖掘和改造
本研究通過基因挖掘和蛋白質工程獲得生物催化製備醫藥、農用化學品和天然產品等所需的重要酶,包括:醇脫氫酶/羰基還原酶、醯胺酶、海因酶、脫羧酶等。

本研究通過菌株馴化、全局轉錄機制工程等手段獲得有具有較高機溶劑耐受性的微生物菌株,結合轉錄組、蛋白組等分析方法揭示以
大腸桿菌為代表的微生物菌株的有機溶劑耐受性機制,為構建具有高有機溶劑耐受性的宿主菌提供有效策略,因此對生物能源和生物催化等套用領域具有重要意義。
3. 生物質預處理與生物丁醇
本研究通過對
木質纖維素生物質的預處理研究,建立綠色高效的預處理方法,並將其套用於生物丁醇的發酵製備。
本研究採用自主篩選獲得的微生物菌株Rhizobium radiobacterCGMCC 12099發酵製備
微生物多糖可得然膠,通過對發酵過程和提取方法等最佳化提高可得然膠的產量和品質。
