楊旭,男,現任長安大學未來交通學院教授、博導、副院長,公路學院教授,博導。入選國家級高層次青年人才,陝西省高層次青年人才,中國公路學會青年專家委員會委員,中科協海智特聘專家,史丹福大學全球2%頂尖科學家,擔任陝西高校青年創新團隊負責人,西安歐美同學會第二屆理事會副會長,交通運輸部公路綠色智慧型養護技術協同創新平台技術委員會副主任。
