研究興趣
主要從事細胞生物物理和生命軟物質自組裝方面的研究。目前已在Nature Nanotechnology、Biomaterials、Small等國際知名雜誌發表學術論文三十篇,特別是在納米粒子、生物大分子和藥物與細胞相互作用機制方面取得過多項成果。其中,關於納米粒子入侵細胞方面的研究結果被Nature China和科學時報作為Research Highlights 進行評述;關於細胞吞噬機制的部分研究結果入選Biomaterials Images 2012 poster;Janus納米粒子在細胞膜微尺度運動的調控和自發旋轉行為的研究結果被Small雜誌選作封面文章(CoverPaper),同時還被MaterialsViewsChina網站作為研究新聞進行了報導。
具體研究方向包括:
1.與細胞相關的生命現象及其物理機制;細胞界面-蛋白質/DNA相互作用和相關自組織行為;細胞膜的相行為;
2.Nano-Bio相互作用,靶向細胞的基因及藥物載體設計,納米毒性;
3.納米藥物、細胞免疫抗腫瘤機制研究;
4.軟物質體系的分子模擬
招生方向
本課題組同時開展分子模擬和與實驗研究,注重模擬與實驗的結合,研究領域具有多學科交叉的特點,招生方向包括凝聚態物理,高分子化學與物理等,歡迎具有物理,化學、生物、材料、數學或計算機等背景的同學報考。
