楊小平,1964年4月出生,寧夏固原人,中國科學院“百人計畫”入選者,國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,現任浙江大學地球科學學院教授,國際地貌學家協會(IAG)副主席、中國地理學會地貌與第四紀專業委員會副主任。曾任中國科學院地質與地球物理研究所研究員。
2017年3月9日,楊小平全職加盟浙江大學地球科學學院。
