查道炯

查道炯（1965~），男，北京大學國際關係學院教授，中國著名石油能源安全問題專家。1989年出國，在美國、日本學習研究14年,2003年回國任教。主要研究方向為能源問題中的國際政治因素、中國能源外交、中外經濟關係和非傳統安全問題。經常性參與中國政府職能部門、大型能源企業的能源外交研討，活躍於學術界的中外能源對話。查道炯在國際關係研究中，強調中外關聯和中國本位，反對為了國際研究國際。能源方面主張國際合作，認為突出合作比突出衝突更有利於解決能源問題，在能源研究領域獨樹一幟。

人物經歷

1965年生於安徽。2007年9月進入北京大學國際關係學院工作。

1982-86年在安徽大學學習，並在同校工作至1989年。

1989-95年在美國中部華盛頓大學、夏威夷大學學習。

1995-97年在澳門大學社會和人文科學院任助教授；

1997-2003年在日本國際大學、宮崎國際大學任助教授、副教授；

2003-2007年8月在中國人民大學國際關係學院任副教授、教授、博士生導師、《中國人民大學學報 英文版》副主編。

在中歐大學 （匈牙利，2001年）、密西根大學福特公共管理學院（美國，2003、2006年），香港大學公共行政與政治學系（2006年）任過訪問教授。主要學術兼職：《China Security》（美國）編委會成員；《電力技術經濟》雜誌（國家電網北京技術經濟研究院）編委會成員。
