1. 情境感知服務
根據採集的位置、溫度、濕度等環境信息，推理用戶所在情境，並為用戶提供個性化的智慧型服務。具體包括：
- 情境推理技術；
- 基於用戶歷史數據挖掘的用戶行為分析；
- 情境感知中間件及情境感知服務的設計與套用。
2. 企業集成信息服務
通過集成化企業信息系統，解決企業中存在的“信息孤島”問題，提高企業管理效率。具體包括：
- 基於工作流建模和仿真技術的業務建模與最佳化；
- 面向服務的供應鏈協同運行支持；
- ERP系統與實施。
