不對稱催化方法學研究，不對稱有機合成反應研究，酶抑制劑的設計與合成（包括神經氨酸酶抑制劑、組蛋白去乙醯化酶抑制劑、乙醯膽鹼酯酶抑制劑、alpha-葡萄糖苷酶抑制劑、COX-Ⅱ抑制劑等），以DNA為靶點的小分子的化合物及其生物活性研究。
