志同道合

志同道合，意思是志向相同，道路一致。形容彼此理想、志趣相合。與“門當戶對”的道理相似。語出《三國志·魏志·陳思王植傳》:“昔伊尹之為媵臣，至賤也，呂尚之處屠釣，至陋也，乃其見舉於湯武、周文，誠道合志同，玄漠神通，豈復假近習之薦，因左右之介哉。”
